    Cedar Heights Middle School Principal Erika Hanson brings Jack of Hearts into the library, citing a student concern. Erika Hanson denies to GD that she read the whole book. (She goes on to state in a 1/6/22 email to GD that she read the book in its entirety on 12/9/21 - thus meaning after school that day?)

    Erika Hanson first asks Gavin Downing for a list of all sexually explicit books, then requests a sit-down meeting that day. Gavin Downing asks fellow KEA union members and building reps Christina Hall and Katrina Baker to be present for the sit-down meeting after school.

    EH uses the term “exposure” in her reasoning behind JoH being an inappropriate choice for CHMS library.

    The library’s copy is kept by Principal Hanson, not to be returned until late January 2022.
